Saint thomas aquinas
St. Thomas Aquinas was a dominican friar who was born in his familys castle in Aquino. St. Thomas came from one of the noblest families of the Kingdom of Naples. He became a philosopher and theologian and remains the "greatest christian philosopher of the 13 century. He would attend many Universities such as the Uninversity of Paris or University of Naples. In the catholic church, he is looked upon and priests in their priesthood are taught to use him as a model teacher. While at the Santa Sabina studium provinciale Thomas began his most famous work, the Summa theologiae, which he conceived of specifically as suited to beginning students. Thomas Aquinas was greatly respected in the catholic religious church.
